Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout the document unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "666bat" or "the Platform" means the online gaming platform operated at 666bat.ws, including all associated services, software, applications, and content made available to registered users.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, individual bonus offer terms, and any other supplementary rules published on the 666bat platform from time to time.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the 666bat platform.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered or is seeking to register an Account on 666bat.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits held in a Player's 666bat Account at any given time.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, slot title, or other gaming product made available through 666bat.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required of Players prior to the processing of withdrawal requests.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by 666bat.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total aggregate betting turnover a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable cash balance.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 666bat platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the 666bat platform and close your Account.

This Agreement takes effect from the date of your Account registration and continues in force until your Account is closed, whether by you or by 666bat. Certain provisions of this Agreement — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — survive the termination of your Account.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The 666bat platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced through identity verification procedures. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and deposited funds will be returned subject to verification of the payment method used.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on 666bat. The registration of multiple Accounts — including Accounts registered under false names, third-party names, or using different contact details to circumvent this rule — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 666bat reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any Balances held within them upon detection of duplicate Account activity.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the Account registration process and to update your Account details promptly if any registered information changes. 666bat shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information, including failure to receive communications dispatched to an outdated registered email address or Pakistani mobile number.

3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is the sole responsibility of each Player to determine whether access to and use of the 666bat platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 666bat makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in all locations from which it may be accessed. Players accessing 666bat from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and in contravention of this Agreement.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your 666bat Account. You agree to notify 666bat support immediately via live chat upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your Account.

666bat will never contact Players requesting disclosure of their Account password. Any communication purporting to be from 666bat and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

666bat shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain adequate credential security, including but not limited to sharing your password with third parties, using an easily guessable password, or accessing your Account from a public or shared device without logging out upon completion of your session.

Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

666bat accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa debit/credit card, Mastercard debit/credit card, and USDT cryptocurrency. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except USDT deposits, which are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of receipt.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All payment methods used to deposit funds into your 666bat Account must be registered in your own verified name. The use of payment methods belonging to third parties — including family members or friends — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for Account suspension and balance review.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current applicable limits are displayed on the deposit page of your 666bat Account. These limits are subject to change and may be individually adjusted for specific Accounts following identity verification.

5.3 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your 666bat Balance within sixty (60) seconds of successful transaction initiation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds and may take two to four business hours depending on the originating bank. 666bat is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Withdrawals

6.1 KYC Verification Requirement

All Players must complete the 666bat Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before any withdrawal request will be processed. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) and a selfie photograph for identity confirmation. Additional documentation may be requested at 666bat's discretion where enhanced due diligence is required.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into your 666bat Account and which is registered in your verified name. 666bat reserves the right to return withdrawn funds to the original deposit method where alternative withdrawal channels are requested.

Where a withdrawal request is made prior to the satisfaction of applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds, 666bat will deduct the value of outstanding Bonus Funds and associated pending wagering requirements from the withdrawal amount before processing.

6.3 Processing Timeframes

666bat targets processing of verified withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within five to fifteen (5–15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business days. Processing times are extended where additional verification is required or where withdrawal requests are flagged for security review.

Bonuses & Promotions

666bat offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual offer, which are published alongside each promotion and incorporated into this Agreement.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 666bat promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms include the following:

• Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the offer terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry of the wagering window.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each individual promotion only once, unless the offer is expressly designated as a recurring or reload promotion.
• 666bat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players who have accepted an offer in good faith.
• Any attempt to exploit promotions through coordinated play, the use of multiple Accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and potential Account closure.

Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All Wagers placed on 666bat are subject to the sports betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or event. A Wager is confirmed only when 666bat's system has accepted and recorded the bet and a confirmation reference number has been issued. 666bat reserves the right to refuse or void any Wager at its discretion, including where the odds displayed were the result of a manifest technical error.

8.2 Void Bets

666bat reserves the right to declare Wagers void in the following circumstances: where an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; where the odds displayed at the time of bet acceptance were manifestly incorrect as a result of a human or technical error; where 666bat has reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of the relevant event has been compromised; or where the Wager was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Stake funds for void Wagers are returned to the Player's Balance.

8.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on 666bat, including PSL cricket in-play markets, are subject to temporary suspension during significant match events to allow for odds recalculation. Wagers submitted during a market suspension period will either be rejected or held for processing at updated odds, as determined by the applicable sport's in-play rules. 666bat's decisions on in-play bet acceptance are final.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum winnings limits apply per bet, per event, and per day across 666bat's sportsbook. Current applicable limits are available from 666bat customer support via live chat. 666bat reserves the right to settle winning Wagers exceeding applicable maximum limits at the maximum permitted amount, with the excess stake returned to the Player's Balance.

Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on 666bat — including live dealer baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, slot titles, and the Crash Goal game — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing real-money Wagers.

Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on 666bat utilise certified RNG technology that has been independently tested for randomness and fairness. Live dealer games are operated by professional dealers under conditions designed to replicate a genuine casino environment. 666bat does not accept responsibility for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection from a live dealer table — 666bat will endeavour to resolve the session at the point of interruption using recorded game data. Where resolution is not possible, the Wager amount will be returned to the Player's Balance. Winnings generated in a verifiably malfunctioning game session may be voided.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 666bat platform. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registration of more than one Account, or registration under a false identity or a third party's identity.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage or to circumvent 666bat's systems.
• Collusion with other Players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes, particularly in poker or other peer-competitive formats.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit differences between 666bat's odds and those offered by other platforms, where used in conjunction with bonus exploitation.
• Abuse of promotional offers through coordinated multi-Account bonus claiming, systematic low-risk bonus wagering, or any other strategy inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using 666bat for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the 666bat platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent jurisdictional access restrictions.
• Any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of 666bat's platform, systems, or other Players' use of the service.

Responsible Gaming

666bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. The platform provides a suite of player-controlled tools accessible directly from Account settings, including configurable deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session duration reminders, cooling-off periods ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to six (6) weeks, and permanent self-exclusion.

Where a Player requests self-exclusion, 666bat will implement the exclusion across its platform services as promptly as operationally practicable. Players who have self-excluded are prohibited from attempting to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new Account. Such attempts constitute a breach of this Agreement.

666bat will not knowingly send promotional communications to Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to an active cooling-off period. However, 666bat cannot guarantee the interception of all automated marketing communications during the implementation period immediately following a self-exclusion request.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 666bat platform — including but not limited to the 666bat brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of 666bat or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Your use of the 666bat platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for its intended recreational gaming purpose. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the 666bat platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 666bat.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666bat's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total value of real-money funds deposited by that Player into their 666bat Account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

666bat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings beyond the limitation above, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if 666bat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

666bat does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, telecommunications failures, or events outside 666bat's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of services. 666bat will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where operationally practicable.

Privacy & Data

666bat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at 666bat.ws/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the 666bat Privacy Policy.

Personal data provided during Account registration and KYC verification — including your name, date of birth, CNIC number, registered mobile number, and payment method details — is processed for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming obligations. 666bat does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

666bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — 666bat will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address or mobile number on your Account prior to the amendments taking effect.

Where amendments are non-material — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting changes — they may be implemented without prior individual notice, though the "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the 666bat platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 666bat holds its international gaming licence. Any unresolved disputes between a Player and 666bat will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution process.
